Who we are
Two Six Consulting is a specialist consultancy focused on enterprise architecture, business architecture, and business process management. We help organisations gain clarity over their technology landscapes and align strategy with structure.
Founded on over fifteen years of hands-on experience across the public and private sectors, we combine deep technical knowledge with a practical, approachable style. We are not a large consultancy with layers of management. We are experienced practitioners who roll up their sleeves and work alongside your teams.
We believe that lasting change comes from aligning strategy with structure, bridging the gap between what an organisation wants to achieve and how it is set up to deliver. Our work spans architecture practice establishment, operating model design, capability modelling, and enterprise architecture tool implementation.
Our approach is grounded in recognised standards, notations and frameworks, including ArchiMate, TOGAF, and BIZBOK, applied pragmatically to deliver tangible outcomes rather than theoretical models. As a BOC Group partner, we work with the ADOIT platform for enterprise architecture management.
