From those establishing their first architecture function to mature practices looking to enhance their tooling and methods. For organisations just starting out, we can help you define the scope of your architecture practice, establish appropriate governance, and implement ADOIT in a way that grows with your capability. For more mature organisations, we focus on optimising what you already have and ensuring you get the most from the platform.

Our aim is to leave you self-sufficient, not dependent on consultants. We provide training and knowledge transfer throughout the engagement so your team can own and evolve the architecture practice independently. That said, many clients value an ongoing relationship, whether that's periodic health checks, support with specific modelling challenges, or help with onboarding new team members. We're happy to agree a light-touch support arrangement if that's useful, but there's no obligation and no lock-in.

It depends on the scope and complexity, but most implementations follow a phased approach. An initial pilot—modelling a defined area of the business—typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. A broader rollout, including integration with other systems, training, and embedding some foundational practice, might span 3 to 6 months. We've worked on large programmes for over 18 months, so it really does depend on your needs. We'd rather take the time to do it properly than rush to a solution that doesn't stick. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand your specific context.

Our primary focus is UK-based organisations, but we're happy to work with international clients where the fit is right. Most of our engagements are delivered through a blend of on-site workshops and remote collaboration, so geography is rarely a barrier. If you're part of a global organisation, we can also work alongside local teams or other BOC Group partners where that makes sense.

We have a rate card with day rates for each resource type, which we're happy to share. For well-defined engagements with a clear scope, we can also agree on a fixed price so you know exactly what you're committing to upfront. ADOIT licensing is separate, and we work closely with BOC Group to help you navigate the options and find a model that fits your needs. We're always happy to have an honest conversation about budget early on so we can tailor our approach accordingly.
